A few weeks ago for preschool we went on an excursion to the Desert Musuem. It's a bit of a drive, but Amelia loves the mountains so she was happy driving over the mountain and seeing the pokey-pokeys (cactus). It was very warm and RE has decided that he doesn't like the stroller anymore, but we had a great time and saw lots of desert animals. Thanks to our friends for getting us in for free!

Digging for fossils. These few pictures give a poor sample of what the museum is like. We saw javelinas, coyotes, bears, mountain lions, goats, tarantulas, snakes, and more. The kids had a great time!
